Aiguines

Castle, village.

Aiguines has inherited an impressive castle from the Renaissance with glazed roof tiles, as well as some narrow streets edged with old mansions. The village has an old tradition of wood turners, dating from the 16th century. At the Musée des Tourneurs sur Bois you can discover this craft. From the village, while enjoying a drink on one of the terraces, you’ll have a breathtaking view on the Sainte-Croix lake. Aiguines is also known for its countless climbing tracks.
